Hi Dina!!
You should really really see a doctor, what you are describing looks
like a heart faillure, which means your heart isn't working as it is
supposed to, which make your kidneys acumulate extra water and
sodium in an attempt to compensate, but it isn't a good compesation,
it's a vicious circle and your heart function will decline even
more. Some clinics (family clinics) offer free services for people
who can't afforrd it, or you could enroll in medicaid or other
goverment organisation. Any heart problem requires medicines and
therapy in order to prevent even more sirious complications. Of
course there are many other causes of swollen feet, but it's always
better to make sure it isn't a sirious cause. As for the sympomathic
relief of swollen feet, try putting them above your heart level
(really high), it should work, at least a little. But again PLEASE
see a doctor, you probably need a prescription.
Take care
Juli
