Crunchy Munchy Honey Cakes Update

Well, I made The Wiggle's recipe for Crunchy Munchy Honey Cakes 
tonight for Family Night.  They were really good!  We all enjoyed 
them.  The recipe only called for 2 teaspoons of honey, and being the 
red-blooded sugar-addicted Yankee I am, I upped it to 2 Tablespoons.  
This was a wise choice.  After careful consideration of all your 
input about what Muesli flakes are like, and a peek at the price of 
getting real Muesli (yikes!) I decided to use quick-oats oatmeal.  
This worked rather well; of course, I'm not sure if it was what was 
originally intended by The Wiggles, but I think Captain Feathersword 
would have tried to steal my Honey Cakes, too.  If you make the 
recipe, be sure to use the self-rising flour, and the coconut (there 
are more ingredients than are in the song; the complete recipe can be

are really very tasty.
