My roommate Peirigill has a philosophy degree.  He looked at it in the
bookstore and was able to dismiss it as elementary, unoriginal, and
uninteresting in short order.  He's inclined to suffer fools, so he is
not likely to make a judgement like that unless he was *very* sure.


Sea Change,  who also tried to read it in the library, but who has a
science background instead of a humanties one and found it impenetrable.
