Valky:
AFAIK, the planets generally take longer than a day to move 
significantly. What the time of day effects most greatly is the 
Ascendant sign, after that, I think, it can effect some aspects if 
the planets are on the cusp of houses and the like. 
A fairly informative natal chart can be drawn without the exact 
time, but some things need to be taken with a grain of salt.
