Since I can't access LJ and I've been
ranting about it here anyway, thought
I'd give you all the last (hopefully)
update.
Pain and swelling is FINALLY gone as of
yesterday. Weird lump is gone too
(more swelling? Odd lump? No clue but
now I have nothing to do with my tongue
when bored...)
I still can't chew well on that side of
my mouth, un sure if it's habit or what
though I do get flashes of pain when I
try. I'm off all pain relievers
though, which has relived mum since I
was taking narcotics that were
prescribed for my surgery in Nov.
(okay, how sad is it that I took maybe
ONE for gallbladder surgery yet for
this toothache I emptied one bottle and
was half way through another...Ow!).
No more over-doing (and that last eppy
wasn't bad, I just got REALLY
sleepy...and according to mum really
hyper when I was trying to get rid of
the paramedics) *for more info see
Idiot confession...or something like
that*.
So I'm pain free, mostly healed, no cap
yet though and able to get absolutely
smashed on my birthday in...four days!
Yay me!
Hmm, just thought of something. I'm
going to be twenty-four on the
eighteenth, yet I keep mentioning I'm
twenty (instead of IN my twenties). I
wonder if this happens as we get older,
we just stop counting after certain
milestones. Like my last big birthday
was my twenty-first, my next big one is
twenty-eight and then thirty...so is it
normal to just blank out the years in
between? Or am I just odd? (well, I
know I'm odd, hullo, that's what makes
me cute, but you know what I mean.
:o) )
