Hi Dina,

Coming out of "lurker status" to congratulate you on the job offer(s).  :)  
Thats great news.   I'm in search, or I should say job 'research' mode myself 
and find I'm either over qualified for the office type positions (due to 
previous management positions reflected on my resume), or underqualified for office 
type positions because I have little excel/powerpoint experience.  What a 
catch-22.   I hope your good luck rubs off on me!
