[HPFGU-OTChatter] United Package Shredders

Being one who lives in an apartment complex, I do my best to avoid UPS.
They have a habit of sticking notices outside the door, which get torn off
by the jerks who live in the same building, by unattended children, and by
the weather.
Several times I have come home to find Final notices - not having found the
first 3. Twice I caught the package at the local pick up place, calling to
have them remove it from the truck where it was being returned.
Plus, I have had UPS drop packages off (when I rented houses) in places neer
my door, without dropping me a note. On one occasion, I found the package 7
months later - in the garage, behind some car parts. Apparently the guy put
it on top of the parts, but it fell behind them, and I never looked because
I didn't know a shipment had been sent untill after I got the bill - which I
refused for non service.
Fed Ex requires a signature for all deliveries - UPS does not.
