This rumor has been around for a while and may relate to Disney's 
purchase of the TV rights to at least the first four HP films - that's 
why they've aired on ABC in the US. But there's never been anything 
official even hinted at by anyone at either company, although the head 
of IIRC universal speculated on it once.

I wish there was; I'd love a Hagrid's Area at Animal Kingdom.
