Possums, a distraction from the WAITING

Sounds about like when they had the brilliant idea to bring rabbits 
from Europe to Australia.  Continents are likely isolated from each 
other for a reason to prevent such changes in ecosystems.

BTW, Rabbit Proof Fence was an excellent movie.  Rather difficult, 
though not impossible to find in the USA.
