When I called my local Barnes and Noble to pre-order, they told me to 
come early because they would be handing out wristbands starting at 
6pm to those who would be buying the book at midnight.  They said 
that once you have the wristband, you can leave and come back later 
during the party, but that you need the wristband to buy the book.  I 
was wondering if that's what mugglenet was referring to.
