Tonks:
I assume that you folks are talking about somesort of accessibility 
program you are using that lets you *see* the site. I know that in 
order to view the regular site, I have to turn off the MSN 
accelerator, or put it on a lower setting. If I don't I get just a 
blank page with the little square on the top that takes you to the 
lightmaker site.  So if you have some sort of accelerator on, or 
something like it, you have to turn it off, or down.  I don't 
understand the program that you may be using, but does it have 
different setting levels?  If so, try turning it down to load 
slower.  Good luck.
