Tom M. Riddle is Voldemort.  Tom
"Whatever" Riddle Sr. is his father.

Marvolo Gaunt is his Maternal grand
father.

There should be no grave marking
Tom/Thomas Marvolo Riddle as he's
rather not dead, he's alive and
terrorizing the Wizarding World.

I can understand the confusion though
as before book six (when the set
decoration was done), I wasn't sure if
"Marvolo" was his Maternal or Paternal
Grandfather and often had him under the
"Riddle" category as well.  It was just
stated he was named for his father and
grandfather.
