Aye, which is part of what OOTP contributed is this sense of the
barrier between muggle and magical worlds breaking down in the
following books.

I'm not sure if Petunia will perform magic but I think her character
will become more involved with the magical world, whether she wants it
or not.

Thanks for including the snippet!  I'm at work and don't have access
to the book.
