There's no canon proof either way but
honestly I think when he got his body
back, his sexual desire and...parts
came back with it.  There's no reason
why the immortality spells would knock
of his bits.

Sex is power, a form of control.  He
doesn't have to be intrested in it to
see it's benefits.  Tom Riddle was a
very good looking young man, he would
have realized early on to use his sex
appeal to get what he wants.

As Voldemort he would probably still
use it as a way to keep his followers
or wannabe's in line.  The power hungry
DE's would crawl over themselves for a
chance to be their master's favorite,
in bed or out.

To lose this would lose a part of his
control.

Besides, for a guy like Voldemort, a
little s/m would be the perfect end to
a night of murder and blood.  *winks*
