Horrible Scabbers/Weasley things, and how to cook trout.

Hi everyone, I have a query that's spilled over from a topic I posted on the 
serious-Potterchat forum. I wrote saying how thoroughly creepy I found it that 
Ron and the other Weasleys were deceived into giving so much affection and 
physical attention (hugs and stroking etc) to a rat that was in fact a vile, 
unhinged man in disguise. If I was Ron I wouldn't stop washing myself for at 
least a month! Anyway, to take my mind of the Scabbers/Weasley thing, I 
found something more important and distressing to get stressed about - does 
anyone know a good way to cook trout? I'm not too fond of it, but I have 
friends coming round at the weekend who asked for it when I asked what they 
wanted for dinner. Help! I've never cooked it, never even ordered it in a 
restaurant, and really don't know what to do.
