bboyMinn:
Searching the word 'Libalius' in Google DOES return one hit that is
not related to HP. Unfortunately, it is in a foreign language and in
PDF format. I will try to reproduce part of it here in case anyone is
able to translate it. It appears to be in a non-Cyrillic European
language.
"Libalius, címe: Alchemia. Strassbourgban ülésezett az Európa.
Tanács és az Ukrán Legfels Tanács közös. munkacsoportja, amelyen
részt vett Gajdos ..."

Anybody got a clue what this might be referring to?
A search of 'Libatius' doesn't return any non-HP related links but it
does return the word 'libatious' which you can search on Google. It
does appear to be a real word but I can find it in any of my
dictionaries including Dictionary.com and my large library dictionary.
Application examples:
"The phone booth is a Godsend. Every /libatious/ alcove should have one."
"We have found much joy, peace and tranquillity, thank you for
allowing my little /libatious/ group to enjoy one of our most
outstanding holidays at La Musique."
"Corinth NY Libatious Anarchistic Mashers of Buffalo's Inner City
(LAMBIC)"
I assume it is all related to 'libation'* which refers to a drink.
* Informal.
1. A beverage, especially an intoxicating beverage.
2. The act of drinking an intoxicating beverage.
It must either relate to 'libellous' meaning to defame, or 'libation'
as noted above.
