Well!
Since I'm not exactly sure that kind of theory is allowed in the HPFGU ML,
I'll post it there. =P
Well, due to the recent events, so... here.
Is Snape the Half-Blood Prince?
I'll cut it into several parts.
Heavy spoilers, dont want to be spoiled? Dont read.
Otherwise, ENJOY!
I know I may be totally wrong with this theory, by knowing JKR's abilities
to play with our nerves and tickle our brains, and I will pass for a total
dummie, but well... I have my opinion set on this character hiding under his
black robes (greyish underwears, a Death Eather tattoo) a "Prince".
And please excuse my unperfect english. :)

Well.
Part 1: Snape's childhood.
By beginning, we know he's born as a capricorn. He is born the 9 january
1959 or 60.
Trelawny mentions in GoF that Harry may be born under the evil influence of
Saturn, dark hair, mean stature, LOOSING RELATIVES TO A YOUNG AGE, and asks
him if he is born into mid-winter, which he disagree with. Harry is a Leo,
he's born in summer.
Snape is born in mid-winter and is a capricorn, which the leading planet is
Saturn. He does have dark hair, a mean stature, and MAY have lost people at
a young age. (Memories of the little boy crying in a corner while having his
parents arguing. Mother-cowering Vs abusive father, anyone?)
Is it a subtle way to tell us Snape is the HBP? Or because Snape is actually
on Voldemort's side?
Trelawny may tend to make minor predictions which may become a major things.
*winks*
And let's not forget:
Voldemort: Half-Blood, lost his mother as a baby, unhappy childhood
(orphanage), was dark haired, a Slytherin, is famous.
Harry: Half-Blood, lost his parents as a baby, unhappy childhood (Dursleys),
is dark-haired, almost been sorted in Slytherin, but he refused, is famous.
Snape: Half-Blood (?), lost his parents to a young age (?), unhappy
childhood (obviously), is dark-haired, been sorted into Slytherin, may be
famous if he's the HBP, since the HBP is maybe a famous 'legend', but the
person may be keepen in secret? (The secret between Dumbledore and him?)
Lots troubling coincidences, dont you think?
By assuming the two adults in his childhood memories are his parents, maybe
his father (muggle? Or pure blood wizard?) may have abused and maybe killed
his mother (Witch? PURE BLOOD witch? Or muggle-born witch?).
And thus would maybe explain his entering in the DeathEaters, because his
muggle(born?) father have killed his beloved witch mother.
Or maybe his Pure-Blood father killed his (new-discovered?)
muggle/muggleborn mother, and told Severus that she was a coward, weak,
stupid, bad woman because she was a muggle(born)? And Severus, being a kid,
believed him, because we all know how children may sometimes be influenced
by their parents. Maybe he did follow his father's thoughts to remain with
him, not to be alone.
Complicated, I know.
And let's not forget he was not on the Black family tree, otherwise Harry
would have noticed it as quickly he has noticed the Malfoys.
Maybe one of his parent's name have been removed from it? Since there was
mention of several others "holes" on it.
End of the part 1.
Next part to come: Teenager Snape and home, Hogwarts, the Marauders, and
Lily Evans/Potter.
