It's slightly easier when they're very small. My middle child was born 
three weeks before OotP came out so he was still sleeping a lot when the 
book came out and I managed to fit it in amid a night of sleeplessness 
and a day of naps.

My first was born six weeks before PoA came out in the US... but three 
weeks after its release in the UK, so I ordered mine from amazon.co.uk 
and it was the last novel I read before becoming consumed with 
parenting.
