How to get HBP in Mexico this summer?

Hi Ginny,

Though I live in the US, I have ordered from Amazon.UK (United
Kingdom) and Amazon.DE (Germany) on several occasions for delivery
within the US. International shipping has been exceptional.

I don't doubt that Amazon.com USA should be any less efficient.
However, I can't speak for the Mexican post office - if there are any
issues, that may be where the weak link is in delivery.
