Jill chimes in:

Definitely take another one.  It takes 10-14 days for pregnancy 
hormones to even appear in your system, and sometimes longer for the 
test to pick them up.  If you are pregnant, the line should get 
darker each time you take one.  You might want to try a different 
brand of test, too.  I used "First Response" and got my first 
indisputable positive after about 16 days.
