For me it's the addition of an apostrophe where it does not belong.
For instance:
"HPfGU is one of my favorite internet group's."
"That dog is never going to find it's way home."

I, too, get frustrated with the poor grammar people, especially young people, use today. When my niece was in third grade, she came home saying something about
"I brung that report home, Mom."
Well, my sister never taught her to say "brung"! I couldn't believe that this hadn't been corrected by third grade. I certainly knew better by that age.
Have you noticed that the grammar and spellcheckers with word processing programs, such as MS. Word are notoriously inaccurate? To take Susan's example of apostrophes, it often tries to correct my writing on the words "its" and it's". Usually, it is completely wrong. I type very fast, and I also have arthritis in my hands, so I spell check regularly to make sure I haven't transposed letters, but I often ignore the suggested changes when it comes to grammar. It makes me wonder about the grammar skills of the people who developed those programs!
