Dude...Duuuuddde!

The maintenance guy easily... dammit, *easily* popped off the
cellphone back cover.  He showed me how and I still couldn't do it.

I am trimming my 'claws'.  He simply put the end of his thumb on the
release and pushed.  Well, with nails, it doesn't work the same for
me.

As for typing, I generally don't feel most of the keyboard.
