My own system's case came with the Power Supply pre-installed.  I 
recommend
Antec for cases and Power supplies.  It's also worth a few extra
bucks to get a case that has a good strong Power supply (at least 
400W),
a removeable front panel for easy drive installation, and no rough
sharp edges to cut your fingers on.

Agreed.  It's worth it to have a "loud" system if you know it's 
properly cooled.
