Hm, sounds useful, if I can remember to keep taking it. :-)  I'm
trying to remember to take vitamins every day... and not being
successful about it. {blush}

Oh man, I downed that four Alka Seltzer quarter cup of water
mixture... ugh, it's majorly *nasty* tasting and I held my breath and
rinsed out my mouth afterwards to avoid tasting it but my saliva still
went into overdrive to spit the stuff out.  The orange honey 'flavour'
(only choice for the flu one at CVS and allegedly maximum strength)
was *awful*.

Floridian here, we're lucky that it still hasn't reached 90^F yet, let
alone *snow*. =:-o
