No, you aren't alone, and it may not even be your mistake. My
Hubby and I both took the test and had our Student ID Codes
printed out from the computer. Mine worked perfectly, but his
will not work regardless of what we do. We too tried using
zero's in place of the O in our code, and neither made a difference.
I can only assume that it is a computer error, unfortunately there's
nothing that can really be done. Sorry to hear of your trouble,
I had thought we were the only one's who had encountered it.
