Terrorists in your town?

I am a bit curious if Pittsburgh's close suburbs are being singled out 
or if anyone else has heard of arrests and possible arrests of middle 
eastern persons purchasing quite a few cell phones at one time in their 
area? There have been several occurrences of such action very near 
where I live which is very close to Pittsburgh. I am curious as to how 
world wide these occurrences are taking place. Are certain places being 
targeted or is this more wide spread?
