Why did you start reading HP fanfiction and why do you continue?

Some of the links in other sections don't work, either, but I found a 
workaround.  As long as you know the author's name, the fics can be 
found on the Alphabetical listing by name.  Those links seem to always 
work, if the fic is still on FA.
