Pork uterus, it's *not* what's for dinner

With my boss and his family doing the Greek Epiphany thing this
week/weekend at Tarpon Springs ("Land O' Greek") because of a rare
visit by some Archbishop, I wanna go do something too!
So, I'm heading out to Tampa (downtown road construction and detours
{shudder}) and visiting the Florida Aquarium. While a block or two
down at the St. Pete Times Forum, the Barnum and Bailey circus arrived
this week but... decent weekend tickets cost $35. I'll pass.
Within this downtown vicinity is the usual Oriental market I go to,
Oceanic Oriental Market... Dude, there's a good reason why I usually
avoid the fresh meat section:

Pig uterus? {quirks eyebrow} I'll pass. Though, I was rather
surprised to find they had a small supply of Marmite, a UK food
spread, when I last visited. I've never tasted the stuff and was
tempted but didn't want to spend the money on something I may not like
because the jars are a bit pricey. Also, I *swear* I saw something
resembling pickled and vacuumed-sealed roaches in the refrigerator
section!
What really is yummy are their fried noodles in the... uh, *cooked*
meat section. Gah, I'm addicted to the stuff... and I'm not going to
ask what the ingredients are because I may be scared. ;-) Err, fairly
certain there's no critter uterus in it.
