Just leave postits all over the stall stating, "beware all who 
refuse to raise the top for those who sit don't like to mop.. and WE 
KNOW who you ARE!!!"

after this it may get worse before it gets better, but heaven help 
he who disregards the female gossip pool at your company! LOL
