Actually, technically speaking, it was yesterday. But there were
severe storms last night which prevented me coming online so this
update is coming today.

I had a reasonably good birthday. In the morning I treated myself to
a treat.

I went to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire again - Gold Class.
Gold Class means reclining seats, waiters bringing food and drinks.
Really cool. I also had a frozen custard sundae - a Caramel Crazy. It
was most yummifying.

In the afternoon, I went to my 'surprise' party (I must give these
kids more training in secrecy). This was thrown for me by some of the
kids I mentor with the assistance of their parents.

Presents... well, the PC I am typing on was one of them - my mother
paid half its cost as a birthday/Christmas present which was very
nice of her. Besides that...

A set of D&D dice (I can always use new dice)

The Parent Trap on DVD (The original - and still the best. Hayley
Mills was just about my first crush - I was devastated when I worked
out she was old enough to be my mother.

Absolute Balderdash - Balderdash is one of my favourite boardgames
and Absolute Balderdash takes things to a whole new level.

Where's My Cow - a wonderful Terry Pratchett written, Melvyn Grant
illustrated Discworld Picture Book.

Not a bad stash.

After my party where I had pizza, I came home... and had more pizza!
Laced with garlic. Hmmm... garlic, and sat outside and enjoyed the
storm.

And for desert - Mango and Pineapple Pavlova.
