Ew, what a horrible experience! I can feel myself
itching in sympathy as I type. Oh, wait, maybe that's
the sweat dripping down my back from the heatwave
we're having here.

My worst experience on the bus happened on my last
trip to visit the Amandageist last fall. Had some
young man threaten to slit my throat with my pen. Long
story, but it ended with my leaning over and
whispering to him in very calm, cool voice, "The next
time this bus stops, I suggest you change seats. You
don't know what kind of person *I* am, either." He
changed seats at the next stop!
