That's a terrible and likely truthful thought. :)

I find that, generally, the more a writer tries to tie up all the
loose ends, the more spectacularly he fails.  It's a coming-of-age
story; to tie up every loose end would be an enormous feat achievable
only by writing a book thousands of pages long, and even then, it
wouldn't be perfect.  Sadly, it's the nature of these types of books
to leave certain details hanging loose; I don't doubt, though, that
the major issues, as JKR sees them, will be nicely finished.  Take
heart in that.
