There's one prefects bath that I know of at hogwarts,
but where does everyone else bathe or shower?

Well, I am guessing that most students use the ones in the dorm's.. I know 
theres restrooms on various floors throughtout Hogwarts, but it seems kinda 
a security risk to have students walking around the halls after cerfew, in 
their PJ's because they were out taking a shower or a bath.

Besides, if they were in "lockdown" as has occured many times, (stuck in 
their dorms), where would they go if they had to go potty? Theres got to be 
restrooms and bath/shower rooms in all the dorms.
