Oh more thing about Dell. As I said I love mine. Had if for 4 years.
It is a laptop. Doen't take a lot of space and if you wanted to take
it with you, you could. I don't. I got it because I thought I might
need too. But I like the fact that you don't have all of that
equipment, like the processor, the keyboard and the monitor. It is
all there in one small space saving unit.
Again I think their customer support is very good. It is in India,
like all the rest of customer services these days. If you are a
newbie like I was back then they help you with the silly questions,
and when I got a worm a couple of years later, God bless them, they
stayed right with me step by step for almost an hour while we got rid
of it. I can't praise them enough.
I would look at the website if you don't have one of their catlogs. I
prefer to look at the catalog and ponder long and hard what items I
know I want in it. Then when you know what features you want, CALL
them on the phone. Don't be afraid to ask anything. The rep I have
was SOoo kind and took the time to go over everything with me. They
will build it just like you want and you can sometimes dicker a bit
if you want something extra in place of something else.
You can even get some good prices on laptops now too.
