Hey Everyone,
On the topic of good and bad books (or good and bad authors) I know that a
lot of people will disagree with me when I say that The DaVinci Code is an
amazing book. I know there are quite a few people who will agree with me
though, so that's all good. I'm about halfway through the book in paperback
format and am loving every minute of it. Even if it IS trash, at least it's
trash that makes me think.
Checking out www.danbrown.com (I always like to find out all the info I can
about a book I'm reading...I'm wierd that way) I stumbled upon the DaVinci
Code Web Quest put together by Dan Brown for the site. IT'S TOTALLY COOL!
It's a multi-layered game that takes you all over the web and even sending
and recieving emails and making phone calls to figure out the clues. (Don't
worry, you don't get charged long distance for the phone calls)
Here's the link to the web quest:

Now, I solved this thing myself after DAYS of working on it, only to find
that the answers to all the questions or "Gates" you have to get through are
on the web. Sigh. I'll give you the link for those too. But promise you'll
try it without the cheats first and only resort to them if you're aboslutely
stuck. Scroll down for the link to that site.
Try it out. It's a WONDERFUL piece of brain candy, even if you didn't like
the book.
Cheers
Jamieson
