Catlady has already answered but I will expand on what she said.

Dirty-blond, sometimes also referred to as 'Dish Water Blond' tends to
be darker, more like a light brown but with golden highlights that
clearly make it blond. So, basically, it is just dark blond.

Straw-blond I suspect has a very golden yellow color that is similar
to straw. Although, I'm not sure if it refers to Wheat Straw which
tends to be very golden leaning toward red, or Oat Straw which is more
of a bright yellow. But either way it refers to 'straw' colored hair.

Strawberry Blond is any shade of blond that has a slight hints of red
in it.

Yes, 'Straggly' would generally refer to straight or somewhat straight
hair, but refers more to the 'messed up' aspect of it. Generally,
'Straggly' hair would refer to hair that is somewhat stringy the way
straight hair gets when it has not been washed for a while. Though it
does not necessarily refer to dirty hair, just to hair that /looks/
dirty, uncombed, and somewhat stringy. Also, 'straggly' assumes
somewhat long hair.

Hope that helps.
