What's the best (inexpensive) electric razor for a teenage boy who's
never shaved before? The boy in

a Mach 3 and to shave with an older male role-model. He may cut
himself, but we all do. It's part of the experience. He could
practice shaving a balloon, I guess. Stubble will come with razor or
with shaver. Might as well learn the more manly way =)

MJ here:

I have a 19 year old son. I concur with Kemper regarding the
electric models. I bought Luke an electric razor for his first razor
a few years ago. He hated it and I don't think he's used it more
than a few times. Waste of $50, but live and learn.

I would disagree with a major razor like the Mach 3, though. His new
whiskers don't require the triple-blade thing. I'd go for a standard
razor and let him work (age) his way up to the big boys.

Just my two knuts.
