My failure on Ebay

Thanks to those of you who offered advice and condolence. :D
Would you believe I received the cds today in the mail?  6 of them.  
Not 6 books, 6 cds.  They are copies.  One copy of each book per cd.  
I really got shafted on this one. I did check the feedback and the 
rating was 99.7% postive with only one or two neutrals.  What I should 
have done is check the items.
I think the feedback was fraudulent.  Oh well, now on to the credit 
card company to see if I can get my money back.  Paypal won't let me 
change my claim from "Item not received" to "Item significantly 
different that advertised."
