Potioncat:
Did someone say fan fic? I have a few recommendations for you. All of
these are at Fiction Alley but they also post at Sycophant Hex.
My favorite author is Sigune (a fellow HPfGU member) She's written my
all time favorite fic "The Tunnel" and I also recommend "The Good-
Morrow." But I'd suggest you read everything she wrote.
Two other authors at Fiction Alley are After the Rain and
Apothecaria. Here are links:

For short fics (less than 500 words) with lots of snark try this
site, also at Fiction Alley.

Whoa! That's a long address. Let me know if that one doesn't work.
I'm also not sure why Apothecaria's link doesn't look right, but once
you get to Fiction Alley you can find her on the list of authors.
I'll offer another, with more hesitation than you can imagine, but
not enough to prevent me entirely. I also write fanfics and attempt
to keep Snape in character.
My fics are here.

Potioncat, blushing too.
Yes, that one does bring a blush and is very good. There are others
that will make your eyes pop, but I don't care for that sort, myself.
(It's Harry Potter after all.)
Happy reading!
