I have been a victim of muggle-baiting

The situation described in the books of a wizard charming someone's
keys to shrink [such that they seem to have disappeared] has happened
to my debit card
Last monday, I checked for it everywhere and could not find it. So I
went to the bank and had them send a new one, and several days later
the old one reappeared. Now, today, shortly after the new one arrived,
it disappeared - the old one is useless, and now i have to borrow a
card from my parents to make sure my netflix bill gets paid since it
got deactivated when i sent for a (third) new one.
Now, normally it would seem that I'm just careless, except for where
the old one reappeared - in my wallet. The only explanations are that
A) it was actually gone [or shrunk] and came back again or B) I was
confunded. So it seems clear that we now have a real-life example of
muggle baiting
(disclaimer: all of the above may not actually be true.)
