Some help from international list members? -India?

Okay, yes, not compatible, definitely seems it's something along
those lines.  What's weird is that we have some new members who
have yahoo.co.in accounts and they're having no trouble posting
at all, while others' posts come through with no new text.  Also, 
it's apparently nothing to do with the posts being sent as emails 
-- from what I can tell, the posts are being made by webview.

At any rate, I've contacted Help at Yahoo! India, so hopefully
they'll be able to help me figure out what's going on..
