Secca responds (formerly known as Argus Pyrites):

This sounds like fun! What a great way to kill some time (Ouch... sorry)

But why kill Snape... he is great fun for someone to play. Why not kill
off someone that is more of a minor character, say Flitwick.

Off-the-cuff-quickie prophecy...

"Just past the turn of the winter solstice -
at the /insert name of your setting here/ -
a terrible crime will be committed -
A short charmer will be found -
strangled by a cursed Ravenclaw scarf -
The murderer can be found by the wand."

Then give everybody playing wands...
except for the murderer, who gets two wands...
their own, and Flitwicks...

Or something like that? =)
