I agree, they didn't cast Umbridge for her body type at
all. I was very dissappointed in the casting until I 
heard Mathew Lewis (Neville) talk about her in one of
the Pottercasts. He said she is absolutely horrible. Like
you don't want to turn you back on her for a second for 
fear that she will stab you, and you are always afraid of
what he might be cooking up in that twisted little head 
of hers. So, it sounds like she has a good handle on the
character. Though I am still convinced there were plenty 
of British actresses who could have captured the 
character AND looked like Umbridge.

I was also disappointed in the casting for Tonks. She 
really should be someone just slightly older that the 
Trio. To some extent I picture Tonks as just an 
older kid who is much more able to relate to Harry, Ron,
Hermione, and Ginny than she is to other adults around 
her. As well as very young, I also pictured her as 
somewhat tall (above average) and very thin. Not the 
sexy buxom woman they appear to have cast. Again, I 
can't  believe there aren't enough young actresses in
England who are physically more the character of Tonks.

Just a few thoughts.
