I know! It's weird (but good) receiving comments on something that
old--relative timeframe to typical 'internet' works.

Sorry, no, by the time the new section rolled out for business, I was
like 'the vid had its moment in time' and I was okay with it being
'retired' to the old section.
I periodically pop into the HP fandom to 'terrorize' it. ;-) It was
interesting seeing some HP fans in the WB/CW network fandoms. I ran
into a former Glassesreflect mod on a Smallville fic search list and
she was like 'long time no see, I remember you [unspoken: being the
loud mouth on-list]'. {g} Somedays, I miss Glassesreflect but I don't
regret turning down the list owner's offer that I become a mod--I was
a handful onto myself, let alone moderating others. ;-) Not everyday
you find a fan who could carry on a forensic discussion, involving
necrophilia with James Potter in reference to fanfic. The science and
application to magic and death fascinated me... And then a girl
banned me from her journal because I asked her 'why she doesn't like
Ron Weasley'. Classic fan moments.
Currently, I'm following WB/CW's Supernatural ('spooky' with some dark
humour, X-Files like) or as another person phrased SPN, a "fandom
darling of the moment" because it's a 'shiney' fandom (Smallville was
like that until season four) and I'm seeing Harry/Draco writers pick
up Winchester incest slash (pretty much it's either incest or no
slash, so incest it is for slashers - plus, the actors aren't bad
looking). At times, I see familiar HP fen names and it's sometimes
good to have that familiarity; sometimes, not so good because I was
notorious for speaking my honest thoughts, especially about fanfic.
;-)
