Best ISP for Skype

Hi all,
My brother inlaw recently hooked up Skype with our PC.
Explorer hates it and frequently attempts to shut
expecially after closing windows by hitting the 'x'
button.

Should I install firefox? I hear its a great isp, but
have been to lazy in the past to do so.
