Potioncat:
So, are the actors in the films pronouncing Sirius the way you think it 
should be? Do they all pronounce it the same? I'm trying to remember 
who may use his name...I'll have to go watch PoA again.

All of us Yanks (and you don't know how it pains me to call myself 
that) should go listen, and see if we think Sirius still sounds 
serious. How about Jim Dale? Have any Brits heard his version of PoA to 
have an opinion?
