About half the way down that page is one link labelled "Direct 
download (22 MB)" and another labelled "Direct download low-bandwidth 
(6 MB)".  The first will have better sound quality, but will also 
take nearly 4 times as long to download, so which one you choose will 
depend on how fast internet-connection you have, and how much 
patience you have.
