What's wrong with "Merry Christmas"?

No, Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year, so you would wish someone 
happy new year or L'Shanah Tovah (li-SHAH-nuh TOH-vuh; li-shah-NAH toh-
VAH) 
..Yom Kippur is the Day of Atonement - the appropriate greeting 
is "may you have an easy fast."
