New Musican Express. British music magazine since the 50s? 60s? Sorta
like a mix of billboard and rolling stone. They cover the indie scene
very intently and are a prime resource/devotion for music-obsessed
teens.
And I still have some copies from the mid 80s featuring Pet Shop Boys,
XTC, The Fall, Hue & Cry, Erasure and Love & Rockets, and a permasearch
on eBay for a cassete of their for-charity remake of Sgt Pepper that
came out circa 1987.....
