People really should investigate the laws before they make statements like
this.

A mere depiction of appearance of a naked child is *not* legally child
pornography.
Photographs of naked children (people under 18), appearances by naked
children in films
and in plays generally speaking are not child pornography.

I appeared naked in a film myself when I was 15, so perhaps I'm a bit more
aware of this
than most people. But child nudity is not equivalent to child pornography in
most jurisdictions.

There needs to be more than just nudity involved for that to be the case.

Jeremiah:

The Kiddie-porn remark was "toungue-in-cheek" but I went in that direction
because the character's nudity is centered around psycho-sexual and
sexually-repressed violence.

Technically, you can have "under-aged" individuals appear nude but it is
situational.

You cannot show a completely naked encounter between two actual teenagers in
many jurisdictions, even New York City (from the last time I was there from
1994-1999).

Yes, I do understand that child nudity is not child-porn because I'm a
nudist and if i take pictures of friends at resorts and a kid gets in the
picture I'd have been jailed by now. LOL. (Little buggers like to run around
a lot...)

But, as I said, in New York I do believe that you have to be over 18 to
appear nude on a stage where full-frontal nudity occurs. but what concerns
me more is that the taking of pictures and having them transported over the
internet will mess with some other jurisdictions (like here in California)
and I wouldn't want Dan's naked-anything on my computer if he's underage
under the laws here in my state.

That's where I was going with it...

(no hard feelings, just putting it out there the way I see it).
